*) grabbng Khan's sword -- fair: there's a fairly big window, and you just have
   to get up and try again if you fail

No very hard challenges. The toughest were:
*) end-game puzzle -- simple minded, but large enough to take a while
*) dousing the flames in El Dorado -- clever puzzle
