Are You Afraid of the Dark? The Tale of Orpheo's Curse

Real-time:
*) chased by mummy -- a minute or two to run to help
*) chased by skeleton -- a minute of two to run to safety
*) placing stuff on statue -- you have about 5 seconds to click each object on
   the right place
*) running from Mary -- 2 or 3 minutes to make it to the stage and set up the
booths, this can be tight if you haven't been to the stage before
*) retrieving Alex -- 15 seconds or so to make two clicks

In all cases, there's a good auto-restore.

-----
Reasonability:
*) You can use the red key without passing the green. There's no good reason to
expect the red door to be a problem, and there's no good reason to give the
green to Terry until you're sure that you can't find the box yourself. This
leads to a dead end, Terry unable to do anything.
*) Similarly, if Alex hasn't got the three items before opening the red door,
there's no way to retrieve them later (although he can get the amulet if he
has the harness). This leads to a dead end when Alex and Terry are reunited.
*) The Mary timed sequence will be slightly more difficult if you haven't
previously explored the stage, which you don't need to do.

-----
Difficulty:
Running from the ghosts were the only tasks with any difficulty, largely
because you had to remember the map without mistakes.
