Reasonability:
The solutions are generally reasonable, but there doesn't seem to be a sure
way to complete the game without knowledge gained through resurrection.

There are a couple of stochastic fights that don't seem avoidable, and there's
random death while digging in the sand.

Some challenges require questionable actions: waving the sceptre at the falls;
giving the egg to the thief.
