I obtained this piece from Phil Foglio during Windy Con in 1998. This is the first piece in a themed sketchbook I call "Winged Victory". I only want my favorite artists to contribute to this book. I knew that Phil was someone who would do an excellent job on the very first piece....and I was right! The Pig of Knowledge and the Turtle of Justice compliment this Winged Victory as she graces the first page in this book. |
