Another page I transported for Dave. This one I took down to the '98 spring Motor City Con for the CBLDF. It wasn't alone. I also brought page 4 from the same issue with me. It can be seen elsewhere on this site. They were to be auctioned off in the charity auction. I asked the reserve on them and was told for the right price they didn't need see auction. Needless to say I paid the right price and brought these babies back home with me. These pages are from one of my favourite sequences from Cerebus. The squash-hockey game between Cerebus and Bear. Dave comes up with some funny stuff but this has to be one of the funniest. Not to mention that it is so beautifully drawn that it has to be seen in person to be truly appreciated. |
