Our pure fresh grape juices of this Chardonnay variety comes from the famous vineyards close to Castel Soave. Italian Viticultural authority assess this region as being one of the better areas for Chardonnay grapes from all 20 wine making regions. The finished product should be light golden in colour with a hint of green in its youth. The wines from our juices are full bodied having a perfect balance between acidity and fruitiness.

Garganega grapes are the principle grapes of Soave, which are the most popular of all Italian white wines. Our pure fresh grape juices produce wine that is of noble consequence with a fresh and attractive texture. These juices are the product of one of the largest wine Co-ops in Europe certainly the largest producer of Soave.
Trebbiano pure fresh grape juice produces well known Italian dry white wines. They differ in ampelography or wine personality from the rest of Italian white wines. The reputable Bolognese agronomist Petrus De Crescentiis certainly described the wine Trebbiano as early as 1303. A 692 year old verdict: simply clean, pleasant with increasing determination in complexity even as an excellent blending wine.

This varietal Merlot pure fresh grape juice belongs to the most important must in the Verona area. Full flavoured, slightly grassy and herby scent represents a long legacy of quality from this area. Grape growers of Cantina Sociale di Soave would like to extend the long tradition of a unique palate to our winemakers.

Our pure fresh Sangiovese grape juice is known in Italy as Sangioveto. This is the principal red grape of Apeninne peninsula. (Approx. 100,000 hectars planted). High performance in its many forms including the famous "Chianti", Vino Nobile, Brunello, etc. Historically, this grape is very young, Gioacanvettorio Soderini described the Sangioveto as very pleasant with deep texture, not later than 1722. Final product presents a rich, well balance acid/tannin ratio with a sensual structure.

A red grape variety, one of the most important and distinctive. It is planted widely throughout the wine producing world. Cabernet Sauvignon is a high quality and well structured wine, capable of developing great complexity with age. It marries beautifully with roasts and red meat dishes.
