After having found the level of quality we want to pursue, QbA, DOC, and AOC classes. We need to find some organization that can supply us with these products. Who will the suppliers be?

Wine Co-operatives are the largest producers of quality product.

European wine co-operatives have an established presence in the wine market. By definition, these producers are going to be wineries with strong ties to local grape growers in the defined region. This relationship will dictate a win / win situation between the grape growers and the winery.
· Experience - The largest producers are going to be the co-ops that have consistent quality, are successful in the marketplace and are internationally recognized.
· History
By default a large and successful co-operative will have a relatively diverse history and is able to enjoy a stronghold of knowledge (A winemaking think tank of experts).
