       My kindergarten students had many great ideas about why it is wonderful to live in Canada.  We hope this helps you in your study!

 

  •  Megan - "We can go skiing in winter".

  •  Jack - "We can visit the dinosaur museum in Toronto".
  •  Maddie - "Lots of black bears live here".
  •  Connor - "We have warm houses to live in".
  •  Kaleb - "You can ride your two-wheeler in the summer".
  •  Nekka - "You can have a pet pony".
  •  Hayley - "I like the beautiful flowers".
  •  Shayna - "I like watching the wild bunnies".
  •  Mariana - "I like singing our "O Canada" song".
  •  John - "I like to visit the Toronto airport".
  •  Bryanna - "You can play at the park".
  •  Bella - "I like to play outside with my sisters".
  •  Annabelle - "I like it when my mom takes me shopping in Kitchener".
  •  John - "We have nice parks to play in".
  •  Julia - "I can play in my sandbox in the spring".
  •  Emily - "We get to play at centres at school".
  •  Rachel - "You can go to Newfoundland on your vacation".
  •  Liam - "We get a holiday on Saturday".
  •  Spencer - " We have grizzly bears here".
  •  Hannah - "We have nice houses to live in".
  •  Megan - "We can play with blocks at school".
  •  Gabrielle - "We have beautiful flowers and trees".
  •  Sheldon - "The government does stuff like give us money".   (Yes, he really said this!)
  •  Kelly - "I can play on my jungle gym in the summer".
  •  Iain - "We have boats to go on the lakes".
  •  Jennifer - "The snow is great to play in and you can make snow angels".
  •  Amanda - "We can have pets like cats and dogs".
  •  Morgan - "We have good gardens with lots of good food".
