A.R.E.S. or just ARES stands for "Amateur Radio Emergency Service" of which I am a member. The ARES members are out to serve you, the public. It can be Halloween, floods, power disruptions, accidents, or whatever. The ARES will be there to assist emergency services and law enforcement.
