to support a graduate of the University of Western Ontario pursuing
graduate study at the University of Michigan in any field.
Rackham Predoctoral Training Award. Jan. 2000. A one year scholarship
for doctoral students at the University of Michigan awarded on
a competitive basis. Ranked first of 50 applicants in the category
of Sciences and Engineering.
Keystone Symposia Travel Award. Nov. 1999. Scholarship to attend
the Keystone conference "Molecular Control of Adipogenesis
and Obesity" in February 2000. Description: A travel award
given based on the scientific merit of abstract submitted for

and who wish to pursue a career in science or medicine (2hrs/week).

studying the regulation of osteoblastic cells by nucleotides.
