Fina rules - the rule requiring dolphin kick in fly - the fina bureau has ruled an exclusion for masters retroactive back to Oct. 1, 2001 - so this means masters do NOT have to use dolphin kick  
USMS - locations for 2003 US nationals  
SCY will be held in Tempe, Arizona 
LCM will be held at Rutgers, New Jersey

The Heart and Stroke Foundation has provided us with a record of Ontario Masters Swimming Clubs who have raised funds in the past two years.  Congratulations to all who participate in the annual Heart and Stroke swims each year. 

The Meet Schedule has been updated with many meets planned for the remains of the year 2001 and on into the year 2002.

EOMAC has announced that their meet Planned for July 21st has been canceled and will be rescheduled to a different time of year (date TBA) 

Congratulations to all the swimmers who had PB's, records or just plain had a good time at Provincials. 

I had the thrill of helping time two of the 6 World Record swims by our super star Lynn Marshall. Awesome! 

Many thanks to the Ontario Swimming Officials Association and all their helpers for making our first provincial meet since 1998 a great success.

SEE YOU AT PROVINCIALS - AND IT LOOKS LIKE THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE WE WILL ACTUALLY HAVE A MEET THIS YEAR..........!  ( N.B. I was on the organizing committee for last years meet which was cancelled due to a strike)
