Dear D & A:
Hello again. We are in France, visiting our friends in the
South West, in Ariege. Andorra is an hour's drive, up in the
mountains between France and Spain.
This town is a "Duty Free" shopping mecca. Everything is
very cheap, especially alcohol and tobacco.. OK for a few
hours' shopping, but that's enough!
