| Group 1: | Division A and Division B - teams 1-5 | |
| Group 2: | Division A and Division B - teams 6-10 | |
| Group 3: | Division A and Division B - teams 11-14 | |
| Each team plays the other teams in a round-robin format. | ||
| NB: Because their are only 8 teams in
Group 3, each team will play two teams twice and the other five once each |

| Each game is played the same as during the regular season. | ||
| The top two teams in each group will play at the Banquet. | ||
