| Teams are split into 3 Groups for Play-Offs. | ||

| Each team plays the other teams in a round-robin format. | ||
| NB: Because their are only 7 teams in Group 3, each team will have a "Bye" week |

| The top two teams in each group will play the final at the top team's bar. This is due to no suitable venue being available to host darts plus banquet on the dates required. | ||
| NB: The banquet will be a dinner-dance with award ceremony only this year. | ||
