I: Use-Purpose
The machine is suitably used for on-spot mixing of
soil-stabilizing for the foundation and base construction of
highways, urban roads, squares, ports and parking area, etc. It
can also be used during the building of low-grade road. The
machine can mix I-grade and II-grade soil and stabilizing
material. And it is also allowed to add the aggregate with
diameter less than 40mm during the soil mixing process. The
machine can also mix III-grade and IV grade soil and stabilizing
material.
II: WB21K Technical Features
1)The engine is of Cummins N series engines, which are
featured in compacted structure, low noise, easy maintenance and
low emission, strong power and reliable performance.
2)Hydraulic system is of tandem pump type, with main
components internationally purchased, which are featured in high
load pressure, high efficiency, low noise and high performance.
And its pumps are integrated together with pressure limit valve,
high-pressure safety valve, pass-by valve, etc. which makes the
whole hydraulic system be simple and it easy to make any
maintenance and installation.
3)Optimized designing of the working mechanism reduces the
working resistance, thus effectively improving the working
efficiency.
4)Adopt the XCMG-brand driving axle ( which is manufactured
with the technology from SOMA of France), which is of the
feautes of rational designing and structure and reliable
quality.
5)The luxury control cab is of Korean green glass, with wide
vision. The cab is well sealed with the rubber sealing pad, so
with nice sealing effects and low noise for the operator. The
cab is also equipped with an over-headed air-conditioner.
6)The control panel, instrument panel and control box are
rationally positioned. Video device is also equipped. And the
control joysticks are respectively located on both sides of
operator seat, being easy to make access and make any operation.
7)The operator seat can be adjustable forward and backward,
and up and down, which brings much more comfort to operator.
8)New structure designing gives more weight and traction force
to the whole machine.
9)The engine hood is of glass fiber, with good vision and hood
being turned over, so it is much easier to make any maintenance
for the engine.
10)The machine adopts low-pressure & wide-surface tyre, which
is featured in excellent shock-absorbing and large traction
force.
11) Be equipped with ROPS.

components internationally purchased, which are featured in high
load pressure, high efficiency, low noise and high
performance.And its pumps are integrated together the pressure

3)Adopt independent hydraulic oil coolingsysem, which can
effectively improve the cooling performance for the hydraulic
system, so as to maintain the hydraulic system working under the
stable low -temperature status and prolong the service life of
hydraulic components and the oil itself.
4)The rotator is driven by high-speed motor and gearbox.
Compared with the traditional driving method by low-speed with
large torque motor, this new type of motor is featured in
compacted structure, reliable performance and long service life,
so the rotator mechanism can be driven by more large power and
while reducing the body width of the whole machine, which makes
it more easy to get access.
5)Adopt the interchangeable rotator blades ( bullet-type blade
and hammer-type blade) to have the machine adapt with actual
working condition.
