Application and Features

The HAT3000 laser texturing equipment for huge rollers produced by HGL is used for iron and steel factory's roller texturing. This system is the latest product produced by HGL which can process high quality roller, extending the roller's service life by 12-14%. This system can control the surface roughness of the textured roller , with high efficiency as well as high texturing quality, and can obviously improve the capability of deep pressing, coating of the rolled sheet.
