This equipment adopts opto-mechano-electrically integrated designing,
which has high quality and beautiful out look.. It adopts the 5KW
continuous transverse flow CO2 laser made by HGL, which reaches the
international level. The numerical control system adopted 5 axis and 4
simultaneously control axis system, and the main frame adopts the
cantilever configuration which has complete intellectual property. It
can realize the flexible processing with the special designed flying
optics and laser head swaying framework.
This system has high stability, friendly command interface, and is easy
to learn and operate. It can realize laser phase changing quench,
melting and coagulating quench, melting, coating and, alloying
processing.
The system can process large-scale parts of axial, discal, planar,
alveolar etc.. The maximal processing size of axial work piece is:

It is widely used to strengthen and repair the surface of damageable
parts, such as roller, guide way£¬cutting plate, saw blade etc., and also
suitable for the surface strengthening of the mechanical manufacturing
parts, making and repairing the die.

Steel Factory, Angang and Wenchong ship building factory, Henan
Zhongyuan HGL etc.. The laser processing technology center, which is
