Apparantly there were turrets hiddin in the rocks cause during world war two they fearing the bombing of hoover dam.
This is an interesting angle. It looks alot bigger from the bottom than this picture shows.
This damn is really tall. On the other side is the biggest man made lake.
we went on the tour and these generators generate enough power for 1,000,000 people. It doesn't sound like that much when you think that there are 250,000,000 people in the USA though. But... it doesn't produce nuclear waste so thats good!.
