Leeson & Summers are both renowned poultry nutritionists who have published extensively in refereed journals and the popular press, as well as making numerous conference presentations. Dr. Summers became Professor Emeritus upon his retirement in 1993 and Dr. Leeson is currently Chair of the Department of Animal and Poultry Science at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.
