Today, while walking, we noticed : Two rooms for
rent in a quiet residential area on a cul-de-sac at West end
of Inkerman Street, Guelph. These are rented
in the properly finished basement of the owner's home. They have
cooking and bathroom facilities. There is parking space. The owner
requires: $350 - $400 and one month's rent as deposit. Banking and
credit references; non-smokers; single working persons; no children
or pets. Call 823-0442. If you take these rooms please email us
immediately so that we may delete this advertisement.
For current rentals in Guelph area we suggest you try
www.google.ca, then search via: Guelph +Mercury +rental +accommodation.
This gave us many good results. There are pages through the University
of Guelph, The Pennysaver, The Kitchener Waterloo Record. It is
best to use the "+" plus-sign with your searches, as we have
suggested above.
Other than that, there is a charge for our service.
For anyone thinking of coming to Guelph, who is not able to use
local papers and free rental papers, this service could be useful.
If you are in Guelph and looking for an apartment, have you seen
the free rental papers etc? They are available in boxes around
the banks in downtown Guelph, near pharmacies and laundromats.
If you are not in this area, then we can either collect the rental
advertising papers and mail them to you or scan some of the adverts
and email them to you.
We will research local
advertisements for you scan them and post on this page
or Email them to you. All this for a fee of
$8.00. per scan (usually takes 2 or 3 scans per newspaper)
