Ideal for the in-car (or small air-craft) situation and especially useful when travelling with children. Easily stowed, ready for any tight situation.

Why would anyone need an artificial passenger?

Fear of travelling safely whilst alone is an issue that has been growing over the past few years.

Increased reports of attack on motorists such as "road rage", "car jacking", personal assault and even rape are becoming alarmingly more frequent.

Personal safety is, of course, always of paramount importance and we have all in some way learnt to anticipate certain situations and take the necessary precautions to prevent such situations from arising.

Roadside breakdowns are always inopportune, although professional assistance is usually quick to respond, especially to the lone driver. However, time in these situations drags and every vehicle that passes just might innocently slow down to offer assistance and that fear of confrontation exists in every waiting minute.

Freedom, emancipation and the right to travel where and when you want should not have to be compromised. But, it is true to say that under certain conditions and circumstances lone drivers feel uncomfortable, vulnerable or even at risk, simply because they are perceived as on their own.

On occasions we might find ourselves alone, for instance on a return journey having taken friends to the Airport etc. This might be later in the day or even at night when unease of being alone might turn our thoughts to potential or imaginary fears or dangers.

Rural and urban driving, day or night, the mere silhouette of two figures is enough to dupe other automatically into assuming more than one person is in the car. Even through towns or well-lit areas, the figure is realistic enough to fool the glances of passers by and most importantly realistic enough to give the lone driver confidence to utilise its function as a visual deterrent whatever the circumstances.

In these and countless other situations the presence of an Instant Car Passenger could fool all but the closest of scrutiny. Allowing the driver peace of mind that to all intents and purposes a couple are in the car going about their business.

Oh Darling .. What a thoughtful gift ! Just what I wanted - a male companion!
